In the realm of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) management, Asiyeh’s expertise shines. From mastering FF&E intricacies to meticulous order placement within 24 business hours of deposit receipt, she ensures project efficiency and accuracy.

Asiyeh also excels in handling accounts, inputting information accurately, and monitoring weekly updates. Her role extends to coordinating delivery teams, ensuring smooth deliveries, while actively managing furniture storage and stock organization.

Having lived in three of North America’s arguably most influential cities, New York, Vancouver, and Toronto, Nicole has spent her lifetime immersed in a world where practical living and style were a common blend.  Nicole’s minimalistic meets luxury aesthetic is customized for each client’s lifestyle. She strongly values the psychology of living to understand how the interior of a home is occupied by the physical and also the mental. Her approach to understanding the inhabitants’ purpose is a valuable asset that creates a natural flow in a space to call it a home. This type of vision translates to a style that LUX Design has implemented on a global level. 

 The common project goal of consistently creating an environment that people resist the urge to leave is the drive that has allowed Nicole and the LUX Team to excel in the field of Interior Design. Renee Marshall has over 20 years’ experience in Interior Design and received her degree from La Cite Collegiale in Ottawa. She has worked with teams of designers, architects, engineers and tradesmen’s on residential, commercial, corporate and hospitality projects. For almost 10 years, Renee was Lead Designer for a national architectural firm in Boca Raton, Florida. Since her return back to Canada, she has been focussing on residential projects doing renovations, new construction of custom homes and interior decorating. Renee’s goal is to create spaces that fulfills the client’s needs in which improve their quality of life. She always brings her creativity, inspiration and passion together to design something truly special and unique for each client and anyone who experience the spaces.

Negar is a creative project designer at LUX with a strong background in both interior and landscape design. Her imagination and creativity are reflected in designs that incorporate both her client’s tastes and current trends. Negar has designed and decorated many high end residential projects throughout the city. Her goal is to create timeless, unique, stylish, and functional living spaces. Negar will guide you through the entire design process and collaborate with you closely to achieve the design of your dreams.

Through her international upbringing and travel experiences, Tamaryn Sullivan has gained a lifetime of exposure to extraordinary design and brings a vast scope and perspective to her work that is beyond compare. Her style can be described as simplistic yet chic, sleek and modern with organic warmth.

Tamaryn has a vision of forming spaces for people to make memories in, ones that create an emotional connection, and exude a feel-good energy and vibe. With thoughtful attention to individual taste, she brings a layer of personalized and unique style with textures, fabrics and textiles.

Inspiration comes from industry icons and through her curiosity in architecture and design studying details and techniques worldwide. Tamaryn holds 10 years of design and construction experience.

Tamaryn was born and raised in Zimbabwe, Africa and has traveled to locations including South Africa, Panama, Costa Rica, Australia, England, Portugal and the South of France. She lived on the Island of Mauritius for a good part of her 20’s. She attended design school both locally and abroad and holds a degree in interior design

Jennifer, Lead Interior Designer for LUX Design in Toronto, is known for effortlessly combining beautiful spaces that are sustainable and timeless. She spent her early years travelling through Europe where she developed an appreciation for architecture and design.

Alongside the LUX Team, Jennifer is committed to creating beautiful and functional spaces. We believe that thoughtful design enriches everyday life and should reflect our clients’ lifestyle and Jennifer does just that.

Jennifer and LUX Design have appeared on the cover of House & Home and Style at Home and have been featured in numerous print and online publications both nationally and locally, including Globe and Mail, Sotheby’s, Chatelaine, etc. It is a joy to have her part of the LUX Team.

Carly has a passion for creating unique, inspiring, comfortable and functional spaces. She is an experienced interior designer dedicated to transforming beautiful spaces that reflects the clients vision, lifestyle, and personality. With a great eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles, Carly brings a unique blend of creativity and technical expertise to every project.

Carly is a master of space planning, utilizing intelligent layouts to maximize functionality and flow within any given area. She places great importance on communication and project management. From the initial concept development to the final execution, Carly ensures a seamless and transparent experience for clients. Can’t wait to work with you!

Gabrielle is a nationally published, NCIDQ certified designer with over 15 years experience ranging from residential to commercial interiors. Having most recently moved from Seattle to Florida, she is excited to bring her expertise to the Sunshine State! Gabrielle’s inspiration begins by establishing a “sense of place” for each design. It’s important to her that each project represents the client and locale in a personal, memorable way, not just another nice space that could be anywhere. Her design baseline is that spaces must be as functional as they are beautiful, so she pays strong attention to efficient space planning and quality materials, while also looking for ways to incorporate whimsy and at least one unexpected element into each project. She also has a strong understanding of construction methods, so her interior design responds well to both the built environment and the softer elements we touch and use daily. Her favorite projects to impact are those where she can bring cohesion to multiple rooms of a home or space that were once awkward, unused, or simply unimagined.

As a Project Designer at LUX Design, Baraa can effectively envision and execute various scales of interior projects from commercial to hospitality and residential. After studying architectural theory,fine arts and Interior Design Baraa graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design. Baraa’s travel experiences to over 58 countries have been an asset to his career as a Designer, as they have exposed him to cutting edge design which he implements into his work, as well as enhanced his sensitivity to the diverse needs of his clients. His creativity and ability to think outside of the box has won him over with the clients.

Baraa’s work as an interior designer, with over 15 years of experience, is aimed at improving the lives of others through the creation of innovative, functional, and beautiful spaces. His strong interpersonal, organizational, and creative skills allow him to efficiently complete projects for a wide range of clients.

Nimrah has experience working on both small and large scale residential projects including luxury condos, hotels and private residences. With her strong communication skills, supported by an approachable attitude and customer service orientation, she easily builds relationships with clients and trades. Jin Kim is a highly skilled Lead LUX Interior Designer with a focus on providing service for high-end residential spaces. With a career spanning several prestigious, Jin has amassed extensive experience in residential interior design, millwork design, and construction. Known for a solid understanding of construction procedures and meticulous attention to detail, Jin is a creative problem solver and an excellent space designer. Believing in a holistic approach to design, Jin’s mission is to achieve spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also livable and well-placed.Throughout a diverse employment history, Jin has showcased a talent for collaboration, enjoying the synergy of working with artists, fellow designers, and craftsmen. Prior to joining the LUX Design team in Toronto, Jins experience included positions at Julie Charbonneau, Hariri Pontarini Architect, and Georgian Renovation, each contributing to a wealth of experience in luxury residential design, renovation, and construction. Jin’s expertise extends to high-rise condominiums, hotels, resorts, and restaurants, as demonstrated during the tenure at The Design Agency. Noteworthy projects include Condo by Berkshire, Condo by Bazis, and Condo by Timeline in BC.

With skills encompassing environmental concept design, space planning, AutoCAD, freehand sketching, 3D rendering, and project coordination, Jin has successfully managed the complete interior design project cycle. From producing drawing packages to overseeing construction projects, Jin ensures that specifications are met, projects are delivered on time, and budgets are adhered to. Megan has over 17 years of experience in the design industry. She has worked on various projects from boutique hotels and single room makeovers, all the way to full home design and décor. With a keen eye for design and a passion for classic, timeless interiors with unique details, Megan is a vital member of the LUX Design team.

Carley Gardner is a seasoned Interior Designer for LUX Design in its Calgary branch. She is renowned for her proficiency in spearheading large-scale residential new-build and high-end renovation projects. With a strong emphasis on crafting detailed custom millwork drawings, Carley brings a wealth of experience to the realm of interior design.

Carley’s career journey has been marked by a comprehensive involvement in the entire spectrum of interior design services, encompassing sourcing interior selections, creating preliminary and construction drawing sets, and managing projects from conception to completion.

Her client-centric approach involves conducting initial consultations, leading design presentations, managing selections, and compiling meticulous project specification binders. She has seamlessly assumed the role of a client liaison for our LUX clients, negotiating quotes from trades and vendors, overseeing budgets, and assessing value in upgrades. Carley’s on-site practical experience has honed her communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with trades, builders, and contractors.

Chelsea Bruner, a seasoned and licensed interior designer, brings over two decades of expertise to commercial and high-end residential projects. Her unique blend of passion for design, coupled with an in-depth understanding of its historical context and its intersection with art and architecture, sets her apart in the industry. Since 2015, she has been instrumental in orchestrating and overseeing residential renovations within the Sarasota-Bradenton area.

In 2015, Chelsea held the position of Senior Architectural Designer at Huniford Design Studio in New York, where she demonstrated proficiency in managing all facets of commercial and residential projects. Her responsibilities included architectural space planning, overseeing custom furnishings and millwork, providing art advisement, and managing projects comprehensively.

Chelsea’s professional journey began at Mary Delaney Interior Design in New York from 2003 to 2015. Her role involved overseeing bespoke design projects, ranging from architectural planning to the coordination of custom elements, furnishings, finishes, collections, and overall project management.

Complementing her practical experience, Chelsea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Florida State University (1997), a Master’s degree in History of Art and Design from Pratt Institute (2003), and a Ph.D. in History of Art and Architecture from City University Graduate Center (2013). This extensive background, combined with her proven track record, positions Chelsea Bruner as a distinguished professional in the field of interior design.

Layth’s illustrious decade plus design career started at Ryerson University’s School of Interior Design and included designer roles with leading firms in Toronto and Dubai. These opportunities led to Layth being involved on projects in North America, Asia, and the Middle East. The design codes that Layth brings to his projects include entrusting impeccable craftsmanship, compositions of exquisite details, and developing expressive finishes palettes. All translated into design solutions with a modern sensibility focused on sophisticated styling.

Catalina has been a part of the LUX Design team for several years after making the transition from Industrial to Interior Design. With a natural talent, her designs are unparalleled and she is careful to take her clients’ wants and needs into consideration. From small-scale decorating to full-home design, Catalina’s design vision for each space she is a part of produces truly beautiful results. With her strong organization skills and vibrant personality, Catalina ensures that her projects are completed as smoothly, on budget and on time. Catalina is a valued member of the LUX Design team.

Erin is an interior decorator at LUX who takes great pride in her ability to bring her client’s ideas and inspirations to life. In applying her education, current knowledge of design trends and her previous experiences in the arts and entertainment industry, Erin’s approach delivers a fresh and outstanding client experience.
