The Bridle Path

For this stunning estate, the family had two hard-to-combine goals: create extravagance but maintain a barely-trying feel. We achieved this unique vision with a material-driven approach, focusing on top-class textures and extensive wall paneling. However, we also kept it restrained and humble with plenty of matte finishes and raw wood elements throughout. The atrium makes a high-impact statement with a striking barrel chandelier that mirrors the black circular inlay floor and black-paneled doorways and windows. In the basement, the clients loved our custom wine cellar and sauna to blend functionality with luxe living.
